When you think of Spain, alternative-rock isn't the first thing that comes to mind.  Which is why I was pleasantly surprised when I listened to Everlyn, the five-piece rock band from Spain.  Catchy melodies peppered with classic 90's alternative hooks are the ingredients Everlyn looks to change the perception of the music industry in Spain, a country dominated by Latin music.  And they do it so well, layering with sugary rock ballads to genuine dance-hall party rock.  Add to that lead singer Karol Arribas' booming vocals and you've got the makings of a breakout debut album, A Ticket to the Moon, which some are already dubbing one of the "Most Anticipated Albums of 2013."   That record drops February 26th from BMG which you can preorder at PledgeMusic.com.
