Tonight on The Voice (U.S.) we finally got the pleasure of seeing former lead singer of Hey Monday, Cassadee Pope perform during the blind auditions.

She was the last performer of the night and she wowed the judges by singing  "Torn"  by Ednaswap which was most famously covered by Natalie Imbruglia in 1997.  Cassadee's rendition of the song got all four judges to press their button.  Adam, Christina and Blake pushed their buttons within the first 30 seconds with Cee Lo pressing his button towards the end.  It was a fight to get Pope on their team was on with each judge pleading their case.

Cassadee Pope rose to fame fronting the West Palm Beach band, Hey Monday, singing hits like "Wish You Were Here," "I Don't Wanna Dance" and "Candles" before leaving the group last year and move to Los Angeles to pursue a solo career.  Earlier this year, she released her self-titled EP and set out on her first ever solo tour.

Christina Aguilera opened up and Pope had a little country, pop and rock and said she could do it all and told Pope she knew how to make a solo career happen while season one winning coach, Adam gushed how honored it would be to have her on his team saying, "I already know what to do with you."

But it was last year's champion, Blake Shelton who won her over when he said, "There's nobody else like you. I believe with 200% of my heart that you Cassadee Pope are a superstar."

She'll be joining a team that currently consists of Terry McDermott, Gracia Harrison, Casey Muessigmann, Julia Cesar Castillo, 2 Steel Girls, Liz Davis, Kelly Crapa, Suzanna Choffel, Terisa Griffin, Michaela Paige, Ryan Jirovec and Lelia Broussard.
