Amanda Palmer & the Grand Theft Orchestra drops new their new ablum September 11th.
Hey guys! Check this out and listen.  My new obsession comes from this band from Boston and founded by Amanda Palmer, the same person who founded The Dresden Dolls.  Below is a video of their song “Want It Back” and it’s off Amanda Palmer & the Grand Theft Orchestra's newest album   Theatre is Evil which drops Sept. 11th and it was made with the help of a successful Kickstarter campaign that showcases more of a pop-influenced sound while highlighting her powerful vocal pipes.

And to celebrate the release and upcoming 35-city tour world tour that kicks off Sept. 10th,  Amanda Palmer is offering an exclusive 7-song EP through NoiseTrade which features 4 songs from the upcoming “Theater is Evil” along with 3 previously released tracks. You can download a free sampler right HERE.  They hit Los Angeles on September 25th when they perform at The Fonda Theater.

A regular contributer for The Huffington Post, Palmer recently married critically acclaimed auther Neil Gaiman (writer of my favorites,  Coraline and The Graveyard Book).
